Sharon Wohl is a founding board member of Storefront MB. She teaches Architecture and Urban Design at Iowa State University. She is currently completing her doctorate in Spatial Planning and Strategy at Delft Technical University in the Netherlands, where her research focuses on Complex Adaptive Systems and Urbanism. She holds a Master’s Degree in Architecture from the University of Manitobawhere she has taught in both urban planning and architecture. In addition to teaching, she worked as a designer and project lead for three years at 5468796 Architecture. Sharon is actively involved in Design advocacy through StorefrontMb, where, in addition to working on Re/Imagining Winnipeg, she has co-organized/curated "Cool Gardens", alongside David Penner and the original “Table for 1200”, with Johanna Hurme.
